"It was a clean room I had a handicap room parking was right in front of my room made it easy in and out When we got there, our room wasn’t ready and they had to give us a different room. We were there from Saturday till Monday, and nobody came and cleaned the room."

"For my 3 day I was not able to properly take a shower, because the shower drainage would immediately backup, with water covering my ankles. Not able to properly rinse off my feet Did NOT sit well with me at all. I was told the maintenance man was sick and he the maintenance showed up to work I was told and still no resolve. Will not refer friends/family. Thank you. Do better."

"This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well.
