Staff are super friendly, especially the guys around the bar. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and large. Shower was a little inconsistent with temperature. I also thought banning fans while charging a lot extra for air-con was cheeky. Overall I'd stay again for the people and atmosphere

Rezalet. Eşimle gezerek tatil yaptığımız için sadece gece yatmaya kullandık. Yataklar gıcırdıyor gömülüyor eski. Bavulunuzu alıp odaya götürmeye yardım edelim mi diye dahi sormuyolar yardım istediğinizde biz yardım etmiyoruz odayı siz bulursunuz dediler. Klima bozuk son ayarda son gücüyle çalışıyor sürekli ayarlanmıyor. Tualete bitane sabun koymuşlar neyseki. Yabancı turistlere tabi böyle bir muamele yok onların etrafında dört dönüyolar. Turistler ne kadar isterse gürültü yapabiliyorlar. İnanın gece saat 3 te havuza atlama seslerine uyandık deli gibi bağırıyorlardı. Otele rahatsızlığımızı ilettiğimizde hiçbirşey yapmadılar. Etrafta da apartlar var ama hiçbirinde böyle bir gürültü yoktu. Aile iseniz gitmeyin.

Apart konsepti bize uymadı. Klimaya her gün için 25 tl ücret alıyorlar. Balkonda sineklik yok. Yatakları çöküktü hiç rahat değildi. Banyosunda sıkıntı yoktu.Yerli turistlere ve çocuklu ailelere özellikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Gece 1’e kadar aşağıdan gürültü geliyor. Hatta birden sonra bile gürültüler devam ediyor. Bunun dışında odada yemek yapmanı sağlayacak tüm mutfak gereçleri mevcuttu. Yakında tur şirketi vardı. Resepsiyonist bayan güleryüzlü be yardımcıydı. Konumu Marmaris merkeze yürüyerek 20 dakika mesafedeydi. Sonuç olarak Marmaris ve Marmaris’deki apart konsepti bize uymadı. Ne Marmaris merkezi ne çevresindeki otelleri ne de eğlence anlayışını beğendik.

Personaler var søde mennesker men rengøring var 0.

Vi har været i Amaris Apartmenst i 5 dage, men det var dårligt rengøring. De har hele ikke stiftet sængetøj og håndklæder i 5 dag. Vi har bedt om flere gange til at skifte sengetøj og håndklæder men rengøringsdamen har ikke skiftet det. Manglede små ting, men nogle personaler var søde.

Terrible hotel, DO NOT BOOK EVER

This is not a hotel it is a close to farm. First there is no elevator in the hotel so u have to climb 4 floors up a very steep stair. Everything in this hotel is to pay for, u can barely manage to sleep. U have to pay for the AC and for the safe box. Also the first day we arrived we found out at 1 am that there is no hot water and we called 3 times before they answered and they said that they fixed it and said that they did there work if it doesn't work they can do nothing. Moreover, towels were dirty and had black spots on them and the second day as we were coming from the jeep safari the girl that works there called for us like we were having an interrogation and held a towel and said what is this??? and then when we told her it was already she said then it is ur fault why didn't u say when u arrive. When we told her that we called and no one answered, she sad no way i am always here as if that we r liars. Beach takes about a 14 mins ride by car to reach there which is very far and the pool is very small. Bar near the pool keeps loud music until very late at night, we couldn't sleep. double bed is a single bed barely fits for 2 persons. There are no room amnesties, no shampoo, soap, shower gel, slippers... Cleanness is zero, one time i walked bare foot for 2 mins, they became black. There is no parking in the hotel so u just have to park on the street. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AND DISREGARD THAT GOOD RATING ABOVE BECAUSE I THINK THAT IT IS FAKE AND MAKE BY THE HOTEL.

Fantastisk imødekommenhed

Rigtig skønne 10 dage på hotellet. Mine to børn og jeg følte os velkomne og taget rigtig godt imod. Mange englændere og det skal man kunne lide men vi nød at være de eneste danskere. Meget hjælpsomt og sødt personale og tæt på gode indkøbs muligheder. En fantastisk ferie!
