Beautiful hotel with nice, spacious clean rooms and nice views over the swimming pool areas. Lovely pool with pleasant seating around it at night. Food at restaurant is decently priced and pretty good. You can walk 5-7 mins to mini markets/shops and other nice restaurants, and to a bus stop (to the beach). You can also walk to the beach in around 20mins. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a much calmer and quieter area than central Icmeler down the beach where it can be very loud and crowded. If you can, get the room with a jacuzzi for a big balcony outside the bedroom on the opposite side. Those without a jacuzzi have bedrooms with no windows. You get to go to the Grand Aquarium for free by a free shuttle provided by the hotel itself, fun for the kids but extremely loud and noisy there. Stay at Club Aquarium, it's much nicer, cleaner, better and bigger. Highly recommended and definitely coming here again!

Little gem

Last minute due to previous hotel over booking for our last 2 days but thankfully aqua aquarium was a available and within 1 hour of booking we had arrived and they gave us a wonderful welcome and had our room ready. All areas were lovely and well kept, food and drink lovely and although could be on more often the cool effect of too pool was the windows behind bar will add photo. Overall fab little apartments with great staff. Will return.

Is this an aparthotel or a hotel?

Is this an aparthotel or a hotel? You can't eat or drink anything at the pool. You have to eat from the pool bar. But for example, there is a chocolate that is not sold at the bar, and even your children can't eat it at the pool. I love drinking coffee and tea by the pool, but I was constantly warned. There was almost a fight. If you don't shop at the bar all the time, you can't even get a good morning from the employees. They don't greet you. There is one employee who plays darts in particular, he says good morning to those sitting next to you, but not to you. When we first entered the room, the refrigerator wasn't working, thankfully they fixed it quickly. Customer satisfaction is secondary, it's a business that prioritizes making money, I wouldn't go back. I discovered that there are much nicer places in Marmaris.

Öncelikle klimayı ücret karşılığında kullanabiliyorsunuz. Ücret ödemek istemiyorsanız tavanda bir vantilatör var onu kullanabilirsiniz. Odalar genel olarak idare eder ama odaya girdiğinizde sehpada duran kuralları mutlaka okuyun derim. Çünkü yanlışlıkla bir eşyaya zarar verdiğinizde örneğin bir bardak düşüp kırıldı ücretini paunt olarak ödemek zorundasınız bu da çok rahatsız ediyor. Free İnterneti çok ama çok kötü. Eğer iyi bir internet istiyorsanız ekstra bir ücret ödemelisiniz. Banyolarda şampuan yok . Havuzdaki kaydırak günde 2 kere saat 11.00 -11.30 ve 15.00-15.30 saatlerinde açık yani yarımşar saat bu da çok kısa. Biz kaydırağı kullanmadık genellikle otel dışındaydık .

Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi olan otelde bunaltmayan bir hava,sinek-sivrisineğin olmaması önemli artılar.Apartta ufak tefek eksiklikler olabiliyor.Fakat otel müdürü Cem bey sayesinde her sorun kolaylıkla çözülüyor.Kurduğu samimi atmosferle rahat etmemizde büyük pay sahibi olan Cem bey sayesinde bir dahaki konaklamamızda yine Club Aquarium’u seçeceğiz.

Doğru fiyatı girmekten bile acizsiniz

Otel rezervasyonumu iptal etti, sorunun hotels'in suçu olduğunu ifade etti. Bu konuda emin değilim doğruluğu konusunda. Hotels'in müşteri hizmetlerine 10 gündür ulaşım sağlanamıyor. Kurumsal müşteri hizmetlerini deneyerek 3. girişiminde ulaşabildim. Para iadesi gerçekleşti, sıkıntılı bir süreçti. Sonuç olarak bu oteli tercih etmem ve 3 yılda 50 den fazla rezervasyon yaptığım hotels'i de artık kullanmayacağım.

Points positifs : chambre spatieuse avec balcon sympa, jolie vue, belles piscines, des activités sympa le week end, bon rapport qualité/prix Points négatifs : climatisation payante (5€ par jour), petit déjeuner non inclus, la personne à la réception s'absente souvent, la musique jusqu'à tard le soir est génante, 15 minutes en voiture du centre ville, chambre nettoyé au bout du 2e soir suite à notre demande... Bon hotel malgré tout au vu du prix
