Hotel itself is nice and comfortable but they had no hot water the first morning and no WiFi at all during our stay. We had to ask for at least a refund for breakfast but they said no. The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty.

The room was clean. We liked the two bathrooms. The TV didn't work and there weren't any freebies-soap, body wash. The toilet paper is awful. There was nor free tea and coffee. We were in an upgraded room.
