Property is in a good location, clean, but very loud at night, we couldn't sleep at night, did not found any towels in my room, had to go and get them, air conditioning not working, breakfast was terrible, we had to wait for a while to get the food, except the lady that was making eggs at the pool area, she's awesome, we asked for the cups for water and they give us dirty cups, will not stay here again.

The hotel boasted a wonderful pool which was the highlight of our stay. Although in need of a little repair, this didn’t detract from the fun the children had. Our room was a little dated compared to the images on the website, however, they were well cleaned and the suite offered a great amount of space. Unfortunately the double doors to Juliette balcony did not close properly and we had to wedge shut with our suitcase. There also was no air conditioning in one of the rooms so we had to sleep with the door open to the separate bedroom/living area which was not too bad. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A fair hotel in a good location.

We were upgraded on arrival to an apartment room. Whilst adequately spacious the rooms were lacking in decor and facilities. There was a kitchenette which only had a sink and fridge. The rooms looked tidy but the floors tiles were stained and filthy looking even after repeated cleaning requests. The bathroom had no shower curtain around the bath dirty tub so plenty of splashes onto the tiled floor with floor drain being blocked. The AC was fauty on arrival but soon fixed. The TV had remote missing but only replaced on the last day of our stay.....maybe it was hiding somewhere and found by the cleaners eventually. The cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful - espacially a young girl Fatima. The breakfast area was very lacking for choice. The girl serving omlettes was only there for one day of our week stay. The selection of pastries was very limited. Overall the staff were very pleasant apart from one rude guy in the breakfast area. Parking on the streets available but as usual in Marrakech expect to pay 10dhms or so to the thugs pretending to be parking officials which they are most certainly not. Nonetheless at least your car is kep an eye on whilst parked. The hotel overall was nothing more than 3 stars with good location on the main boulevard but very noisy with traffic if you have a front room like me. Lots of eateries and shops around.

The hotel is in an hood location Spacious but can do refurbishment of kitchen and bathroon which are rusty Which is a put off, and would like to see a kettle in the kitchen aswell I firgot his name put the old man in the restaurat area us very reude and disrespectul

Nettes Personal, leider kein Balkon

Gutes Frühstück und leckere Mahlzeiten am Pool, nettes Personal. Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon wie angegeben und Fenster waren sehr geräuschdurchlässig, sodass ruhiger Schlaf an der viel befahrenen Straße teilweise nicht möglich war. In einem Zimmer hatte es eine sehr gute Klimaanlage, die Klimaanlage im anderen Zimmer hingegen war eher alt und funktionierte nicht sehr gut. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön gestaltet.

Great stay!

Great location, friendly staff, ample room and so clean! I was really surprised by how clean it was because of prior reviews. They have definitely taken it as constructive criticism! Only thing that I could see being an issue for others is the road noise. You hear a ton of traffic from the rooms facing the highway. I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but I could see it being a problem for some.

Good location, practical for family long stay in Marrakech, the rooms need lots of attention to details, kitchen is totally empty! not even glasses in there! no shower curtain! no shower head holder, no place to hang the towels, mirror light was out, bed room had no door nob in the inside so if the door closed you would be looked in inside! breakfast very average, packaged orange juice, no napkins….. easy fixes but need to be done!

À fuir de suite. Odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain, pas de papier de toilette bien qu'on en demande, les serviettes sont changées une fois sur 2. On vous prends les sales mais on ne vous en donne pas d'autre. Bruits dans l'hôtel, toilette qui fuit toute la nuit. Séjour horrible.

They Rented our Paid, Confirmed & ranteed Suite!

We were a family of 4, parents and 2 little ones. We paid for an apartment/suite. Hotels.com confirmed it was paid, confirmed & guaranteed . Upon check in, the receptionist told us our apartment was rented to someone elses and to either take 2 rooms and go elsewhere. Our ill child needed both parents present at all times but they could care less. Never again! Unreliable staff.

Het hotel was zo vies. Toen we aankwamen zaten er nog remsporen in het toilet. Wij Verbleven met 4 personen en kregen maar 2 handdoeken. Er werd niet schoongemaakt. Onze kamer stonk ontzettend!! Er was geen ontbijt beschikbaar.

Terrible service

This property doesn’t provide the guest the access to the air Cinditioning . I have to go down to the front desk to ask why the air conditioning is not working . The told me that they will send somebody to fix it for me, but the guy came with the remote controle. He turned the IC on but he kept that remote control with him .

Cheap no frils hotel

My stay at Ezzahia hotel was very good and comfortable .The hotel staff were very helpful whenever I required assistance. Overall my stay has been excellent and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel close to everything

Stayed here for 1 night and wished i had of spend more time there as it was so central to everything shops, restaurants and even a bus stop a few meters up from the hotel but everything was within walking distance the rooms are very basic but for £23 a night was fine, it even has a large lovely swimming pool which is very private. The staff were really friendly and nice and gave great customer service. i did'nt get to try the food as i was only there for one night and was leaving at 4.30 for the airport the next day and to my surprise they offered to get me a taxi to take me to the airport which not many hotels would do. i'm going back again in 8 weeks and i think i will stay here for the duration of my trip what has made this hotel is the location and the staff and the price
