Lovely safe spot in a crazy city; would 100% recommend. The pool was such a nice spot to relax. Nice breakfast and great staff. Please add some spice to all the beans, lentils and breakfast though- needed a little extra flavour. Everything else way beaut!

Good value for the money

Good value for the money. Excellent reception and good house keeping staff. Breakfast ok with a lot of choices. Nice pool area (but pool ice cold in winter). Rooms are noisy, you can hear neighboring guests. Could do with some slight upgrades and make a big difference. Overall good, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Nice swimming pool area, friendly staff. Food was a bit disappointing if your English and the rooms could do with upgrading. Quiet location and you get a good nights sleep. Not to far from the center too. Overall i would say its good to average.

This hotel has a great pool and is in a good location but it does need updating. It was good value for a family of four with a duplex two story apartment which was spacious. The breakfast pastries and fresh orange juice was good and the staff were all lovely.

Perfect for my needs

Amazing location, minutes from the liveliest of nightlife but quiet in itself. Wifi even worked in the grounds, by the pool etc. Excellent staff and brilliant value for Hivernage. I'll be back in the spring.

This is a dated property. Clean and spacious, but lacking in some areas. For example, no hairdryer, no working safe, no wifi in room. Our air conditioning didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Buffet dinner is 20 euro pp, but we had some great pizza and beer at poolside for same amount. Bed was very comfortable.

1st time and last time there. The hotel is old and needs some renovation. We couldn’t lock the balcony door, and when we requested someone to fix it, they never showed up and they didn’t follow up with us. We had to put a chair to lock it. Breakfast and swimming pool were ok. Don’t know how this hotel got a good rating! I would rather add more money and enjoy my stay at a better hotel.

Stayed 8 nights, reception staff very welcoming & efficient, lovely gardens around pool, sun beds always available, (the covers needed a wash, we took them off) food & service lunchtime was great but breakfast service was awful, always running out of something on buffet, took 10 minutes one morning to fill the 1 milk jug up, a cereal spoon was hard to come by, often another 5-10 mins wait, butter/croissants would also run out, it was not busy & plenty of staff working but most stood around talking doing nothing. Plenty of taxis available opposite hotel, walking to square is around 25 mins walk.

Poor 4 Star but okay for 50 pounds per night

Hotel was clean, the safe in the room wasnt working but they offered to put passports in the safe in the reception. currently they say all safes dont work, limited choice of TV channels (12) and air con is central , not that cold in the summer but reasonable, good fridge in the room. decent continental breakfast but wifi poor throughout. Streaming is diffucult especially if you have netflix

Felt it is not worth for the price we paid. The hotel reception, pool and garden area is maintained impressively, but the room (ours is bungalow) was quite basic, everything is broken furniture, including broken lamp shades, not enough lights in room, none of the toilet or bathroom doors can be locked, the toilet door if we close cannot open from inside, some one have to open from outside.... Sofa beds my children complained were not comfortable. So overall I did not like the room, expected much better one for the price we are paying.
