"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...

"Made a last-minute reservation after missing a flight. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room. "A paradise behind a beautiful door, you just wouldn’t guess it was there. The Riad was just beautiful, peaceful, the staff were so attentive, the courtyard was large with lovely orange and lemon trees and a fountain in the middle. We particularly loved the swimming pool with the sunbeds and straw hats. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. Spotlessly cleaned every day.
