"There wasnt 24 hour concierge. I arrived to a rude person who i apparently woke up. He didn't want to let me in . When he did my luggage wasn't safely stored. The advertised breakfast wasnt offered 730-1030am. I had tried to contact the hotel about a traveler joining me on july 29 and got no response and when she joined me the manager freaked out and cursed at us, it was threatening and weird. "The rooms were big and spacious, service of the staff is excellent, they really go out there way to ensure your having the best stay. Only thing I would say is that they have very bad smelling bathrooms but that is as a result of sewage not the hotels fault. "
