Tìm Cottage tại Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

"Le personnel a l’écoute professional, très aimable"

"We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Saeed, who treated us like family and made our stay truly special. The riad is also easily accessible by taxi. The only area for improvement is breakfast. We expected a more authentic Moroccan breakfast experience, with traditional dishes and beautiful local presentation. Improving this would make the stay even better. Overall, wonderful hospitality and a memorable experience!"

"This Riad is nice but compared to other Riads we have stayed it is more expensive and the breakfast more simple and no pool. The Riad is very clean and the people are nice. The beds are ok but not great, value for money is medium."

"Outstanding in every way!"

"Best riad I have ever stayed in my whole morocco trip. Room is clean and well organized. Our flight was early morning next day and staff booked a taxi for me which arrived on time very happy for that. Staff made extra effort in the morning since we’re going to miss our breakfast they prepared us small bags for each person which contains drinks, yoghurt and local snacks. I am very satisfied with my stay at this property."

"Staff are very nice Nice and clean place Not so many options for breakfast or restaurant but the location is great"

We were moved to Riad Azrur and on arrival we were greeted on the street by Ibrahim, he was lovely and very helpful, he was always happy to assist and offering to support us with any and...

"The hotel is at a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and with cold fresh water. The rooms are fine, beds are comfy. Whatever you don’t see in the room you can call and try requesting it. It is a little old but it’s Morocco. So I wouldn’t mind that so much. It’s clean, no smell, toilet and showers work well."

"Enjoyed our stay but a few nibbles appeared as our stay continued. The AC in our Suite was very erratic & noisy in operation. At breakfast 1st morning, table we initially chose to sit was overrun with ants, changed table & informed server, nothing appeared done with!. You could hear other rooms conversation through bathroom extraction sysytem very clearly & loudly, which kept us awake late 2 nights, was not able to order drinks to rooftop whilst sitting out during the day at 37°!. Riad is...
