"The room was great - spacious and I particular like the whole property was setup with USB-C sockets.
The only down side for me was the check in staff - be warned with them trying to sell you the Marriott Bonvoy membership..."

"Gran Hotel Soller styles itself as _the_ luxury property in the town, and by and large delivers. Excellent location near the main plaza but surprisingly quiet. Airy, high-ceilinged room. Some rooms have balconies, others French doors to open. Lovely views of surrounding mountains, and there is a torrent (a kind of canal) at the back of the property that is lovely to listen to. Excellent breakfast buffet and helpful staff. One of the few places in Soller with parking on site, though there is not a lot of it. My partner tried the spa service and enjoyed it.
Note we visited in March, which is offseason, so things might be different in high season. But we would stay again"
"Overall, the hotel delivers a great experience in many respects, with excellent amenities, a prime location, beautiful views, and a fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the bedroom itself. The rooms feel quite outdated, and the beds are not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard.
While I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall, the condition of the bedrooms took away from what could have been an exceptional experience. With some updates and improvements to the rooms, this hotel could easily match the high quality it offers in every other area."
"Great staff! Always very accommodating. Travelled with a friend that was celiac and they always made sure to bring him his gluten free items during breakfast."
"Really enjoyed staying here, the hotel is a perfect size for a relaxing short visit and very well located near to beaches and bars/restaurants. The staff who work here are all very polite and engaging and the selection of food for breakfast and dinner is varied and fresh. Excellent value for money and only a €16 cab 5 mins from the airport, don’t get an uber they want 3x the cost. The only downside was noise from dogs barking in adjacent properties when you have the balcony door open but this is not within the hotels control. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone for a cheap and cheerful relaxing break. Didn’t visit the spa or indoor full lane pool but this is also a bonus and excellent to have these facilities included in the price. "
"This isn’t a posh hotel, but it has everything you need. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful, it’s close to the airport, and one block from Palma bay. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4:30 am, and it was there on the dot. The breakfasts are good. I recommend it."
"We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind.
However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected.
The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available.
Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this.
Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up."
"Breakfast each day was nice and fresh maybe a little disorganised but, we managed to work out where things were.
However, some improvements can be made on juice machine as none of the juices actually tasted of anything and definitely not juice
Everything else was very good! "
"The breakfast was okay. Plenty of amenities to engage with. The style and aesthetic is astonishing! Not all rooms are built the same, was a bit annoyed that we got a room with a shower window that reveals everything in the bathroom from the bedroom. Other than that, it is one of my favourite staycations. Great location -you have everything you need!"
