"This property reeks of cigarette smoke. We have allergies. I called Expedia to see what to do. Expedia called the hotel. Then the front desk called me to yell at me about going behind their back. I was like what are you going to do? Offer me an air freshener. Cool, more irritation of my nose. After telling me I could leave and that they would approve a refund, management then turned around and denied the refund to Expedia. Disgusting."

"The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high."

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning. My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...

"Enjoyed the hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, cheesey grits, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, creal, oatmeal. What else could you ask for? Our room was perfect, ac/ heat worked, smelled clean, looked clean, was clean! The staff was top notch!"
