"Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and with the Christmas decorations it was even more spectactular. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Both were great. Breakfast portions were hearty. Can’t wait to stay again soon."

"Hotel staff was great. Was able to get into my room early. The hotel shuttle to downtown was a great benefit as there really is nothing around the hotel so you’ll need to drive or uber. The rooms are clean and spacious but also near the road so you will hear road noise when trying to fall asleep (expected in a city!)"

"The only issue I had that the cleaning people be on their phones I was on a business call in the hallway and one the cleaning lady clearly see me on the phone and she called someone to sing happy birthday very loudly."

"We have not had the greatest luck with the hotels we have stayed in recently but this stay was exceptional. Every staff memeber from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping to vallet were super friendly and helpfull. The room was really nice. Everything was super clean and nothing looked like it needed fixing. The bed and couch were comfortable. Liked the closet and small kitchen. Also, it was not too far of a walk to the honkytonk action. Definately would stay again and will ...

"Very nice upscale hotel in convenient area of downtown Nashville. Pricey to park but valet parking was easy. Welcome drink on arrival. Very helpful staff and very comfortable room. Walkable to the state capitol and walkable to the bars and clubs."

"This hotel was most memorable. The furnishings, lighting, and other aspects of the hotel were very eclectic. We went at Christmas and the interior was decorated so nicely. It was warm and inviting with the wood tones and upscale decorations, every person that we dealt with at this hotel is most accommodating and extremely friendly. We definitely give them an A+ plus on service. The sisters from Virginia will definitely be back! "
