"Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."

"Despite several hiccups during our 7 night stay, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is super clean and they have a nice aromatic scent throughout the lobby that you can actually smell even before you get into the building. The breakfast buffet is amazing. "Door opens directly on a major highway--it was the noisiest place I have ever slept. My husband's room had an ant infestation in the bathroom. I booked a room for 3 people and it had only 1 king bed for all of them."

"Fort det første så har ikke dette hotellet egen resepsjon, du må dra til ett annet hotell for å sjekke inn som er 500m nedi gata. Dette står når du bestiller, men jeg fikk ikke det med meg. Det er en god del sort mugg på badet, blandebatteriet i dusjen var ødelagt noe som medførte kok dusj hver morgen. Heisen stoppet nesten hver gang jeg brukte den, noe som ikke føles så veldig trygt. Selve rommet var rent og ok plassering. Sengen var veldig hard, men tror det er ganske vanlig på Malta....

"Expedia booked on my behalf 4 intestate Cerviola x dble bedroom with city view. I got there no rooms available and after a lot of arguing they sent me to a boutique belonging to them. Was not up to scratch actually not even anywhere there. I did not feel safe, hearing people screaming and shouting. So at 4.30am went back to Cerviola where I sat on an armchair till 7am x I went out as I did not go on holiday, but for a funeral. Got back at 3 and I was told I have a room. Not city view but...
