"A beautiful place—our only regret was not staying longer! Pavi went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. When we checked in, he asked if we had dinner plans. We didn’t, and since the hotel is the town’s only restaurant and was fully booked with reservations, he personally spoke with several people to make sure we were still able to enjoy dinner that evening. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, but we didn’t have any NZD cash and our American cards...

"What a lovely motel. The lady who runs it is very friendly & helpful. Close to town so we walked in for restaurants and shops."

"There was parking outside every unit for 1 vehicle. The rooms were fresh and provided the needed towels and blankets. Extra pillows and blankets in the room too. The owner Simon went above and beyond when we arrived, during a power cut (Narly storm chased us into Hokitika). He made sure we knew what was open for food and that we had a candle for a room until the power came back on."

"Gute Lage zur Stadt, die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage etwas lsut, aber Ohropax war vom gastgeber bereitgestellt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: die Bettdecke im Einzelbett war zu groß, das ließ sich nicht gut schlafen. Zudem waren die scharfen Messer leider nicht mehr scharf. Und eine Kaffeemaschine für Pads macht ohne einen Grundvorrat an Pads wenig Sinn."
