"Room was small, but nice and A/C was U.S.A. effective. Close to all the action in the Vieux Port"

"The location is very good, right near the metro and useful bus stops. Rooms are big and comfortable. Cleaning can be improved. The A/C didn’t cool so they moved me to a different room that was slightly cooler but still too warm. Breakfast room has nice view of the port and nice staff. The selection is moderate. Overall a nice hotel, but AC should be replaced."

"We stayed at the property because it had good reviews- usually stay at well respected hotel chains. The room was clean and basic and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food quality not so great. Drinks pretty good but bar service was like you have to go order yourself- no one comes to the table even though they weren’t busy at all. The room was cold the first night but got that resolved no problem. Hotel a bit “ dated” but clean."

"We stayed here one night before a cruise Experience was excellent rooms were lovely and breakfast was fantastic and an absolute bargain if purchased in advance on site The staff were all incredibly friendly The only thing I could’ve asked for extra would’ve been help getting the bags up to the room however there were elevators to all floors. Definitely one I would stay in again."
