"Good hotel. Tbh except some leaves in the pool, no possiblity to open the windows and some old parts in the hotel it was a 5/5.
But that almost all staff had problem speaking even basic English is just a no go for a Hilton hotel imo! Also the French way of chatting with people for many minutes while other guest are waiting in line is just so rude?
Overall nice hotel, great food but the French bad English and let's call it attitude, made it funny tbh. So - 1star for that. Heck the only staff...

"Small room with nautical, pre-fab bathroom. Functional. Dealing with an illness and shuttle driver graciously took us to the Landside (pre-security) pharmacie at Terminal 1 to get some medicine and waited to drive us back to the hotel. Really appreciated that kind service! Shuttle to Marseille airport starts at 4:30am too."

"Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert.
Es war sauber und ordentlich.
In unserem ersten Zimmer war leider der Regler der Klimaanlage defekt, wodurch sie auf höchster Stufe kühlte. Das Problem ließ sich nicht lösen, woraufhin wir ein neues ordentliches Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen haben."
