Staff very friendly, nice small pool would be great if it had a small sauna or steam room. Disappointed in the room in that the shower only had a hand held shower and no overhead or wall mounted shower. No usb charging options so remember your charger. Very clean & large room, very big and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly. We asked to check in early due to illness and they were very helpful. Close walk to nearby metro & grocery store.

The location is ideal - 5 min from gare St Charles, and in easy walking distance of the vieux port, La joliette, old town etc. Wonderful view out the back. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast... what not to love
