"Check in process was not very inviting, and manager on duty seemed put out when front desk staff had a question. They hold a $300 incidental deposit at check in which seems high considering the hotel. CONS: The room was decent but had debris on the floor outside of main traffic area, and a half eaten taco under the bed skirt. Pretty gross! Furniture is showing its age. Bathroom had a broken tile and a piece of tape covering which I assumed to be a hole in the middle of the tub. PROS: Location is great, right by all major restaurants and stores. Room had a giant TV with good programming, beds were comfortable, and water pressure was great. Hotel has nice amenities, and breakfast was decent. My opinion, a room maintenence schedule, and room cleaning checklist would give this place another star. That and a welcoming, professional desk staff that are glad your there."
