"The hotel is not even remotely 4 or 5 stars. We arrived at 7 pm on Monday, yet the front desk person had already left. This is early for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. "The hotel was lovely, the overall experience was good. However, I have to say that the the staff behind the bar/reception could be a little more enthusiastic and look happier/friendlier as could the staff at breakfast. That being said, I would recommend this hotel. It's clean, value for money. Easy access to the main attractions using SL App. The manager is helping my daughter with an issue regarding her billing in the restaurant and he was very polite and courteous."
