"The hotel room was fine, small but comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good, everything you could want and more.
The only issues were not really the faults of the hotel. The shuttle bus has no markings identifying where it goes so luckily I decided to ask the driver. Upon arrival check in took way too long with the lone receptionist trying to help a very tedious customer. And then I got woken up at 3 am when they suddenly turned on all TVs at the hotel…"

"Really nice individually decorated rooms with charming, old-world character. Staff was super nice and addressed an issue we ran into in a satisfactory manner. The listing states lake view, but we only had a partial view if you stand over the window. Overall, the property is lovely, and the restaurant with outdoor seating around the courtyard was beautiful. I would stay again!"

"The ambience of Sigtuna Hotell and the building itself was beautiful. The breakfast was nice. The room was good size and nice with a wonderful view over the lake. The cleaning lady was very easy to approach and ask for additional items when we needed them. I was not impressed by the rest of the staff. They simply didn't seem very content and not particularly service minded. That was definitely a weakness."
