"This property was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
One of our queen mattresses was completely caved in with collapsed springs, making half the bed unusable. No follow up, no apology absolutely NOTHING!!
The bathroom was extraordinarily cramped, with a tiny sink that splashed water everywhere, and an old window AC blew cold air directly onto our faces while sleeping.
As another guest put it: you pay Ritz-Carlton prices for Red roof inn. The complete lack of quality control,...

"We had a great stay. Place was clean and walkable to the ferry. Staff was nice and helpful, gave us great service and suggestions. The bus stop was close which made easy to go around. Close to grocery store and some shops. Beautiful property"

"Loved the property but you definitely could hear other guests thru the thin walls and the air conditioner, placed outside the bedroom, led us to be hot most nights we were there as the cold air never made its way into the bedroom."

"The Faraway hotel in Edgartown is one of the nicest hotels on Martha's Vineyard. The location is unbeatable. They have their own parking lot which is key on the island. From the time you walk into the stunning lobby you are met by attentive staff and the hotels own signature fragrance. The rooms are spacious, updated and very clean. And the pool is an oasis in itself. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island."
