"Check-in was very easy. Manager welcomed me back (I last there in January) and gave me the best room in the motel again. Parking outside the room is easy. A nice quiet room ensured I slept well."

"The reality is I can’t rate the facilities as we never even got to see them. Staff told us on arrival (after a 6h drive) that they’d given our room to someone else. What’s worse is that we STILL haven’t seen an email telling us of the cancellation supposedly sent to lastminute.com. Very unimpressed!!!!!"
