"This hotel is a gem. Friendly staff, great selection at breakfast and it's clean!!! The room was perfect, has plenty of hot water for showers. Only a small amount of wear and tear present. I actually felt safe walking around after dark."

"Upon arrival and entry into the room, I discovered severe health and safety violations that made the room uninhabitable.The issues included ​Pest Infestation: Active insects were found on the walls and surfaces. ​Unsanitary Conditions The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest there was discarded food packaging, debris, and visible stains on the linens. Health Hazards Biological grime and filth were present in the bathroom areas. ​I vacated the premises immediately (within minutes of check-in) as the room was a health risk. the merchant has been unresponsive and have refused to provide a refund for services that were never rendered. Do not stay here it needs shut down"

"The room was nice. It's an old building so no central air so not sure how it will be June, July and August. There is a fridge and microwave in room which is nice. No real amenities. Small coffee area for Keurig coffee. But it's just a nice place to stay the night and enjoy the bars and restaurants in the area and just sleep there but I enjoyed my April stay"

"This was the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Going into my room, I could smell that it had been smoked in (non smoking room), there was part of the base board torn from the wall just hanging there, there was calk splattered all over the walls like it was being repaired but it was a huge spot, there was a missing lamp shade, and the most disgusting part was that there was a towel folded up to be used with BLOOD on it. The breakfast food was cold like it'd been sitting out for hours, the scrambled eggs were runny and I didn't dare try anything else. The parking lot was full of pot holes and broken pavement. I'll never stay at this hotel again."
