"Reviews are correct, this place is awesome."

"Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Very limited facilities, and the property is managed by only one elderly person, making service slow and inconsistent. The stay did not match the expectations created by the listing. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made."

"Very friendly owner and good atmosphere at the house !"

"Had a nice stay and the location is close to the caves and canyons in that area. It's a bit hard to find, so make sure you have the exact locations before going there. The huts are simple but nice"

"Clean room and helpful staff, they speak very well and good communication."

"Chambre parfaite.Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Accueil parfait."

"The staff is very polite and provide assistance with any questions"

"Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour "

"Alles okay "

"Rent, pent hyggelig personale, ok frokost"

"Leider kommt es in Georgien immer wieder zu Überbuchungen mit Hotels.com! So auch hier. Als wir einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man kein Zimmer für uns hat. Zudem antworten sie nicht um die Rückerstattung in die Wege zu leiten!"

"The room was extremely hot despite the fan being maxed out. The towels were stained and there was a funky smell "
