"The bin the the room had not been emptied, rubbish was left under the bed, and the room was stifling hot, 2 of the lifts were out of order, so a constant queue to get to your room, as I had a disabled person with me."

"Hotel was ok, cleaning standards need to be improved, room servicing needs to be better and no AC in rooms just fans. There is no parking and you need to get a permit from the sister hotel, if they give it to you, permit cost £10 for day and expires at 1:30pm next day. Staff wer helpful at reception ..."
