"The rooms are very clean as was everything in the hotel. It has a pool indoors but we did not use it just because we didn't have time. The staff was very friendly. The hotel, halls, breakfast room, our room etc. was very clean. We did have a problem with the a/c or so we thought. We went down to the desk. & the hostess asked if we turned the wall a/c controls on....we didn't realize it. Came back upstairs & it worked great. "Great stay!"

"Staff were extremely helpful, particularly Stanley who greeted us on arrival and checked us in. Our room was exactly as described. Breakfast was terrific with more than sufficient options to suit everyone’s needs. Easy parking on site and walking distance to Beale Street."

"It was a nice and clean room. The hotel staff were nice and the whole environment was great."

"Location to Beale streeet was wonderful. I didn’t notice the information regarding parking. $26 for one night-ouch."

"Best location to all of the major sites and events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel really clean. Also enjoyed the court side restaurant. Great food choice with some healthy options."

"The valet people was awesome. One of the assistant managers went way out of her way to help me with my EV parking and charging."

"Hu Hotel is lovely. We had the best view of the Mississippi River and the Bridge from our window. It was spectacular. The room was huge and the beds were so comfortable. I can't fault this hotel. You can walk everywhere and it is very reasonably priced!!"

"Amazing staff! Very kind and respectful. Will most certainly stay again. Reggie was a highlight in our stay, top tier customer service."

When I spoke to the front desk about the room issue, they said to take it up with Expedia. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the air wouldn’t cool."
