"Beautiful villas with attentive staff and delicious food"

"Experiência incrível no Tomo. Funcionários prestativos e sempre bem humorados, o quarto e banheiro são ótimos, espaçosos e confortáveis. Área de lazer bem agradável, com piscina, spa e academia! As comidas estavam ótimas, tem 3 refeições inclusas: café da manhã, almoço e jantar e os lanches nos games do Safari. As refeições são suficientes, apenas o almoço que era apenas um “lanchinho”, então se estiver com muuuita fome talvez não seja suficiente. Mas de resto, tudo impecável! "

The pool and grounds are so tranquil and calm and everything is immaculate The staff are attentive and professional and the setting is beautiful with giraffe and zebra roaming around - so lovely. The only tiny bit of feedback is that the restaurant staff got things a bit confused for us and forgot some of the food and got the courses mixed up so the children got their main courses while the adults were...

"The lodge is lovely, game drives well organised. Every effort is taken to ensure your comfort. Our driver/ tracker was polite, friendly and well informed. We saw lions, rhinos, elephants, hynae, jackal, zebra, giraffes hippos... but no leopard! The food is pretty average and your preferences that they ask about are pretty much ignored. I had said no pasta but that is what I got and a bland and tasteless one at that with no sauce. In particular the dinners lack imagination, especially if you are...
