"Leider mussten wir in unserem Urlaub feststellen,dass Service in diesem Hotel einfach nicht vorhanden ist-Bsp:ein Guten Morgen zum Start in den Tag vom Personal beim Frühstück begab es nicht...nur auf Nachfrage wurde Toi-papier nachgefüllt-Mülleimer mehrere Tage in der gesamten Außenanlage überhaupt nicht entleert-aber das absolut schlimmste war das Essen... angepriesen wird eine geschmackvolle Gastronomie... schon beginnend beim Frühstück nach Hildegard von Bingen...mit Dinkel...leider war...

"Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und immer sehr sauber! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und eine kleine Wartung aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses der Dusche wurde umgehend organisiert. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal am Morgen war extrem flott beim Abräumen des gebrauchten Geschirrs und beim Nachbringen von Speisen. Alles TOP! Mühsam haben wir die Wartezeiten am Abend bei der Bar empfunden und teilweise auch nachmittags bei der Bar unten in...

"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "Das Hotel war sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist jedoch etwas veraltet und das Zimmer war etwas eng. Das Frühstück war bescheiden. Nach dem dritten Tag sind wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Zum übernachten und zum ausruhen, ist das Hotel optimal."

"Stunning property and location- right next to the beach. Rooms and overall hotel design are very sleek - modern yet also mid century. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere thanks to the adults only policy. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Buffet and à la carte options included with both. Good size pool with plenty of loungers, and a pool bar serving really good cocktails. "Nice rooms, views are non existent from most parts of the hotel as it’s perched in the middle of a hill next to dilapidated buildings etc. Breakfast very unhygienic and messy, staff bring wrong orders to your table and other staff corrected them. Reception staff gave misleading info about a request to modify booking persons which was late , hotel shows no care or concern though about guest circumstances (only interested in profit). Avoid for a better vacation experience."
