Excellent hotel and restaurant!

Extremely clean room and bathroom. Didn't have breakfast but the evening meal in the Auberge was excellent. Very quiet village

Hotel consists of 2 locations & was fully booked, the booking mechanism is a piece of paper. Not surprisingly rooms were all mixed up and we had to switch.. all resulting in a time consuming & very chaotic reception. Same chaos during the dining experience later on. Everything scribbled on notes, if not forgotten. Staff/owners not very polite and always in a hurry & not exactly professional. We waited over an hour for our starters - aperitifs were not even served. As for the rooms: A/C not working, poor mattress. Bathroom small but ok. Had breakfast around 10am: most was gone - not replenished and nothing was kept refrigerated. This hotel urgently needs to invest and renovate

Albergo “diffuso” nel senso che si arriva ad un ristorante dove una signora gentilissima ci spiega solo in francese che l’albergo è in un’altra strada (navigatore impazzito ci abbiamo messo 15 minuti a trovare la strada). Struttura abbastanza nuova ma rumorosissima. Non c’era alcun kit di benvenuto in bagno e mancava anche l’asciugacapelli.

Nous avions prévenu par téléphone de notre arrivée à 22h, mais à notre arrivée, tout était fermé. Impossible de joindre la responsable malgré plusieurs appels (2-3 fois). Nous avons dû attendre dehors environ 30 minutes. Finalement, elle nous a redirigés vers un autre hôtel, “Le Relais Renaissance”, qui était dans un état déplorable : araignées dans les chambres, beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur, et un petit déjeuner vraiment médiocre et même le papier toilette n’avait pas été remplacé, il restait à peine quelques feuilles Très mauvaise expérience.

La chambre oui, sans le reste

Chambre lumineuse et correctement équipée. Par contre je ne recommande pas la formule repas qui n’est faite qu’avec des produits industriel, ni le petit déjeuné qui n’offre que de produit de qualité médiocre, exemple une baguette 1er prix surgelée cuite maison. Pour ces deux prestations vaut mieux aller dans le routier se situant dans le village suivant, bon et abordable.

Simplement très bien. Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la chambre, le confort du lit. Restaurant de qualité avec des produits "fait maison". Nous avons aimé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons très sûrement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Ein kleines, inhabergeführtes Hotel in einem wunderschönen Ort. Die Qualität der Matratze war herausragend und das Mako-Satin der Bettwäsche unendlich weich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder einkehren.

A heatening Auberge in a town that time forgot!

The hotel is in the centre of a very interesting but neglected old historic town which deserves more attention. The hotel owner and her staff are a complete contrast to the sad state of the of the town. The evening meal was extremely good. Compliments to the chef, and the owner and her very young staff provided a relaxing and enjoyable evening after a very long days drive.

Chambre dans le bâtiment rénové et pourtant les meubles sont abîmés et datés. Le chauffage n'avait pas été mis alors que nous sommes en janvier. Aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain. Le linge le lit était troué et avec des cheveux.

Ma femme et moi avions prévenu que nous allions arriver un peu tard. La personne qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir a été charmante et a tout mis en place pour que notre arrivée se fasse dans les meilleures conditions, d'autant plus que nous étions accompagnés de notre bébé. Je recommande !
