"We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. " This isn’t a luxury hotel, but for the price, it’s solid. The bed was comfortable, everything felt right for what you’re paying. No complaints on my end. Front desk staff were very kind they even let me stay an extra 1–2 hours after checkout since my flight was leaving later than expected. The area also felt very safe and calm. "This was a decent hotel in a great location. You are minutes away from the mall of Georgia and all the shops and restaurants that comes with that. You could get to lake Lanier and Alpharetta pretty quick. Again, great location. The hotel amenities weren't great nor disappointing. OK at best. The staff were great and helpful when they could be.
