"Great service, freindly staff, highly recommend. Food pricey but expected at hotels. Food was pretty good overall better than Hampton inn free breakfast. Great for solo travelers. Close to everything in DC. "

"The property was well maintained. However, the hotel store was always lacking in merchandise. Our room the bathroom sink was clogged. They did come and fix it. However, once the sink was fixed then the shower drain clogged up. Very disappointed that your entertainment center on your TV did not provide any streaming apps other than HBO."

"The location is great since it is near the Washington Union Station. When we arrived we were greeted by staff. We were able to check in early which is a great plus. The person in the front desk was courteous and was able to checkin us early in the day which we needed because we were able to explore DC without our backpacks and luggage. Our room is clean and good in size. They have complimentary bottled water everyday in our room and 24hrs coffee/latte/tea in their 2nd floor. Overall we had a great experience. We will definitely book in Phoenix hotel in the future and recommend it to family and friends"

"What a micro delight. I wasn’t aware of the small room size before I got there but the room had everything to accommodate. Large mirrors, luggage storage under the bed, huge TV, full sized sham/cond/lotion/body wash, a hair dryer, a clothes steamer, even a noise machine! Impressed. Great lighting. And so very clean. 10/10 stay, no notes."
