"Everything was nice except the pool not being opened. My daughter and I stayed for 2 days and the pool was closed for “cleaning”."

"I accidentally booked this hotel on the wrong day and cancelled within 5 minutes , rebooking for the correct day and we stayed there. Hotels com is denying a refund based on no refund policy, however I stayed at the property the one night and that should be considered I am now paying 400.00 for 15 hours"

"The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times and asked for pillows around 9pm, still had not received any by 2am. Called again and could not receive any during the night due to only one person on staff. Fortunately received complimentary breakfast. However, we still did not receive pillows the next day until we went downstairs to inquire. We then received new pillows, but there were no pillow cases on them. The staff assured us there were, but the original pillows we had were covered in an inner and outer pillowcase. The new pillows only had the inner pillowcase, and were crumpled up. "

"Good: very nice staff, good sized room, clean, great toiletry amenities, really comfy bed and linens, lots of parking, nice lobby with a full bar and little coffee shop. Not great: NOISY. I don't recommend this place if you want quiet. There is zero soundproofing. I could hear every word of my neighbor's phone conversation and anyone in the hallway as if I had the door open. My room was in the back of the hotel, 2nd floor, right next to a large HVAC unit in the roof of what I think was over the pool. Right around 11pm, it kicked on and was like having a loud running car in my room for hours. Even with ear plugs it was loud. And I had only one unit next to my window - the other side has 3 or 4. I asked for the back of the hotel away from the road, thinking it would be quieter. It was not."

"Carpet in room was dirty and stained, tub was dirty and there was clumps of hair in the corner of the bathroom, toilet ran constantly. "

"The guy that worked the free breakfast was exceptional! He was always restocking and cleaning and friendly!"

"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. We had a damaged towel in our room that they quickly replaced. Over all was a nice stay."
