"Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience."

"Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. In the bathroom the drain and grill to the shower was pulled out and laying on the floor next to toilet. There was dust from what probably...

"Beautiful hotel! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and friendly. Having valet parking is also very helpful."

"Parking garage across the street, about $20 a day. Room was clean, quiet and in a great, safe walkable area. Breakfast was just ok. Ran out of pancake batter often in the pancake machine and was slow to refill. Not too many options at breakfast, but otherwise great hotel for families. Walk a couple blocks to an ice cream place called “Crave.” You won’t be disappointed!"

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk and valet staff were friendly. It was nice to have the hotel within walking distance of the concert venue. The only negative things about the hotel were the AC making a loud noise intermittently and the water in the shower would not get warm."
