"Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc.
Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)"

"Check in was unclear as there were many operators. We queued at the wrong place for half an hour before they told us it was wrong.
However when we went to the correct counter on second floor, the check in was fast."

"Apartment not furnished for basic needs.
Kitchen doesn't have:
Frying pan, full set of cutlery( no dining knifes), soup plates for cereal, no glasses. No extra garbage bags, no eaxtra toilet paper. No laundry detergent. Oven is marked as temporarily out of service. Fact is it was never used. Fridge was not able to freeze and not even able to keep food cold in fridge section.
This Apartment is more expensive that other apartments in same complex that offer fully furnished apartments and proper...
