"The room was clean enough, but very basic. No toiletries, only hand/body wash and body lotion. Breakfast was quite good. $12 to go 2 minute ride from the airport on the shuttle was overpriced! I will find somewhere else to stay on my next trip."

"Terribly unprofessional front desk staff. Unbelievable. Was hung up on TWICE on the phone and then couldn't get any professional discussion at the front desk. Zero acknowledgement. All over 10 bucks for the airport shuttle... unbelievable. My wife and I checked in yesterday evening and had a car rental to return back at the airport (5 min drive away). The on-duty front desk attendant told me there was an "on-demand" shuttle that could pick me up at the car rental off return. He told me to call...

"thank you for everything"

"Good location, clean and reasonably priced."

"Great. Easy to walk to the airport. No complaints!"

"I love the moxy it’s one of my top 3 choices as a single solo traveler. The staff is flawless the property is chic and the rates are affordable. My only thing is the lack of fridge and microwave in room it’s 2026 every hotel room should have a working fridge. I will say the staff did offer a fridge free of charge but not only did it not hold a temp it only held 2 drinks"

"First time staying at a Quest and didn't know quite what to expect. It was very quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Definitely would stay there again."

"Great hotel with very helpful staff. The lack of amenities within the room was a bit of a downside, no cutlery or plates. We figured this was because because people would typically do room service but we put food prior to check in. Otherwise, a wonderful property. Especially the king size bed which is so comfortable!"

"Right opposite/ attached to International terminal. 02 minute walk to the check in counters. Great choice for early AM departure flights."

"Phòng sạch sẽ, trang bị đủ thiết bị cần thiết. Điều hòa ấm nhanh."

"Super convenient to international airport and to Wolli creek train station. great option to be able to park your car. Definitely will stay again."

"Lovely hotel in airport with free shuttle bus unfortunately last trip is 11.20pm very nice room but no heating apart from portable oil heater therefore bathroom cold"
