"Room was not equipped, we had to go ask for items normally in rooms (ice buckets, cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Maybe they have had issues with loosing items in the past. The room provided what we needed, a place to stay for the night on Route 66 trip."

"everything about our day was pretty good. The only issue we had was when we got there after 3 o’clock our room was still not clean. We had to wait about a half hour to get into our room. So we were unable to check in until about 4 PM. so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour.Yes, it was a minor inconvenience, but not enough for me to take away a star. The breakfast was delicious and everything about the staff and the cleanliness of the room when we finally got in there was superb. Thank you so much for a great weekend."

"Needs updating and freshening"

"We didn’t end up staying there!! We pulled in and the place looked abandoned! Nobody was even on the property that worked there or owned it!!!! We called a number and they had no record of us having a reservation, finally some young woman showed up to help us. The room they wanted to give us was unlocked already, the bed looked like someone had slept on the bed, it smelled and was filthy! We walked out and told the girl we wouldn’t stay there and we did find another motel to stay at. This establishment needs to be taken off your site!!! It was disgusting "

"We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. "
