"Our room was clean and service was offered each day. No breakfast available nor are pets allowed. Property could use some upgrades but overall we were satisfied. Staff was very helpful in accommodating my need for 1st floor. Pool was heated and very clean. Hot tub was indeed hot."

"Our room was really nice. A king-sized bed, two armchairs and hassock, a nice table and two chairs for eating. We loved the pool-house with the hot tub - very relaxing - especially since the weather was gray and drizzling for two of the days. Access to the pool house was a hallway, so didn't have to go outdoors to get there. It's an older motel that has been remodeled and they did a nice job. We would stay there again if we went to Ludington."

"Room and bathroom were adequate in size. Bed was comfortable. Parking right in front of our room was great. Did not like that the room smelled musty, and felt damp, AC/heat controls didn't work correctly, coffee pot was dirty, no filters. Office was supposed to have coffee and breakfast to go at 7am, this service was whenever they felt like opening, people standing outside waiting for coffee/breakfast. Checked out at 7:30am before check out time (11am) and rang the bell twice for service to...
