"Excelent"

"Found bed bug on pillow case, got locked out of room, staff had to break into the room at 2a"

"Clean and friendly"

"My room was super dirty and staff super rude"

"This is a great hotel for single travelers. My queen room was small but very clean and cozy, perfect for one person. It was pretty quiet. The location is great, right near Penn Station and the Empire State Building. I could easily walk anywhere. There was also a free breakfast, which I appreciated. "Very noisy room but they provided earplugs. Breakfast/coffee didn’t start til 7:30 but the bodega next door had great coffee."

"A lovely place to stay! Great location. Clean room. Would happily stay again!"

"Very great location! The rooms were just what we needed! Very helpful staff"

"Very much a middle of the road bare bones hotel. Fine for what it is."

"The staff were very kind. The room was very small but clean with nice amenities. They definitely do the best with what they have. It’s in a bit of a sketchy area at night. I was alone so it was fine and met my needs but I wouldn’t bring my family there. Kind, clean and well maintained in a bit undesirable location."

"The rooms didn’t even have any closet space not even a drawer"
