"This truly was an absolutely amazing experience right from the moment we stepped inside of their lobby reception area. Being met by the most bubbly, engaged, helpful, knowledgeable staff is truly an understatement! Their English was very good. The ladies are all beautiful in every way both inside and out! The male staff are as equally as wonderful too. I don’t need to repeat all of that again! The front reception managers both Marta and Davf are both very professional and knowledgeable and they both lead by example from what I have seen. Marta goes above and beyond to help guests any way she can and I have experienced her kindness and willingness to help me on more than one occasion during our ten day stay! Both managers should be commended on their commitment, hiring skills, training and so! The front line staff are all amazing. We also received excellent help from the maintenance staff who are very willing to resolve anything one needs! Then we have the cleaning staff who also go above and beyond. I also met their manger in passing in the hallway she was very pleasant and knowledgeable too! I must mention Ladita by name who looks after the pool area sweeping and lovingly misting the plants. She is just so lovely! My whole point is the staff make your experience the best. Their bright smiles and beautiful eyes who make eye contact always; you can just tell each and everyone loves his or her job and they are happy and willing to do to make your experience the best ever!"

"If you are only looking for a place to stay for one night, this might be suitable. However, for a longer and more comfortable stay, I would not recommend it. The property is extremely noisy, which makes it difficult to rest properly. In addition, what you see in the photos does not truly reflect the reality. The overall condition and atmosphere are quite different from what is presented online. There is also no regular cleaning service. I stayed for 20 days and my room was cleaned only once during the entire period. For a short stay, it may be acceptable. However, for anyone planning a longer visit and expecting basic comfort, cleanliness and accurate presentation, this may not be the right choice."

"The hotel was very modern and clean, and the staff was great from the front desk to the bar to breakfast. The room was nice and had a great view of the water and the bridge. The spa was fantastic and large. I would stay there again without question."

"Love the spot. 13 Euro Uber drive to practically anywhere you want to go. Facilities are incredible. Indoor and outdoor pool with Jacuzzi's. Full service gym. And rooms have laundry, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezers. The only down side is that you can tell the customer service isn't the passion of their staff. Also, their restaurant wasn't great. That said, I generally had no issues with getting what I needed. Overall, I'd definitely stay again."
