"The hotel is situated in quiet neighborhood but walking distance to train and beach. The hotel itself does not have amenities other than a breakfast room. We asked for a recommendation of a restaurant for dinner when we arrived and was told only the Splendid bar/restaurant next door.
Our room was very spacious but must have not specified city view. Not only was it so dark because the one window faced a wall but also because the walls and ceiling in the room are painted brown. Hard to see and...

"Great hotel not far from old town Nice. Small bar to have a beverage after touring for the day. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is probably the most accommodating team I’ve ever encountered and I’ve travelled more than most. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Just outstanding! Merci beaucoup!"

"The hotel failed to provide the one of the basics, a quiet room where you can sleep at night. They had no A/C so had to sleep with the windows open and between the mosquitoes and the cacophony of noises coming from the street it was honestly impossible to sleep.
The room was clean, although very small."

"Convenient location; breakfast was excellent; the hotel was just renovated and room size is generous. The staff serving the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Bed linens and bed sheets have very good quality. From all of these aspects, I gave my stay 5 stars.
However, I was not satisfied with the reception when we first arrived. We were assigned a bad room with smaller size and poor view of balcony even though there were more better rooms available. From this aspect, I gave my stay 4 stars to...
