My biggest complaint about the breakfast was the coffee. It was so watered down. For me this was disappointing but Starbucks was not a long drive. The kids had a blast overall the resort was well cared for and lots to do. I do feel there were not enough staff on the grounds outside to monitor the “unmonitored” older kids who were unsafe and making it difficult for the younger kids to navigate the slides and stairs. "

"We have stayed here a number of times. The facilities are fine. We were extremely disappointed this past time. We stayed there three nights and never did they pick up used towels and washcloths, or empty trash. We were told they did it every other day. Even when we requested service to our room the after the second night, nothing was done. Don't know if front desk or cleaning staff dropped the ball. With just myself and wife, we ran out of kleenex adter one night, out of body wash and shampoo after second night.. It is a fine hotel for the price but service stunk."
