"Room 408 wreaks of cigarette smoke. Especially in the bathroom."

"The place carpet was all duty in a smell weird"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our key cards not working but we brought it to the staff and they fixed it immediately. We travel to Ohio from Texas and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in a while."

"Staff was great! Good breakfast, definitely would stay here again."

"I’ve now stayed at this property twice both times we had issues, but this most recent trip was inexcusable. firstly due to a booking error on Expedia’s part (or so they say) we got a standard double room instead of a king suite, and when I asked about the possibility of a price difference, they said that all of their rooms were the same price which I have a hard time believing. "The airport shuttle is a great service. The happy hour and free refreshments was a great touch. The breakfast was very good. The staff were incredibly nice. I would stay again!"

"The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There was nothing negative about our stay, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat."
