"Over the past four months i have stayed about 20 nights. Always my favourite in Tauranga. Have checked a few others out when this hotel was booked but always come back. Outstanding service, great staff, comfortable hotel, large rooms and just a very pleasant stay."

"Firstly,greeted with courtesy and directed to room with complimentary milk.Room large,clean and cosy for overnight stay.Walls very thin and door not soundproof either. Therefore, even though neighbours tried,could still hear everything.Beds comfortable and rooms suitable temperature."

"Overall my husband and I enjoy our stays, this has been our fourth, it is good that the renovations in the lobby are complete. One suggestion for happy hour though, it would be nice to have bar snack options, like a charcuterie board, bread and dips or a bowl of fries..."

"This hotel is well located, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff are always very accommodating. the only downside is that parking is very limited in the area. The hotel only offers valet parking at $40 per night, so, is very expensive."
