The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. ...

Lovely hotel and as always im Sri Lanka, great staff. Amazing location and views. Points to note. Dont pay for the higher floor option. Its not taken seriously by the hotel. We were put in the 2nd floor and told anything above ground was considered the higher floor collection. Cheeky. You cant swim ...
