"No housekeeping services. You have to get towels at the reception desk. Staff was very nice and responsive. Shower drain in room emits rank smell."

"I stayed in a suite with multiple terraces. The room was fantastic. The pool deck is very small and the pool bar was not available which was disappointing. The breakfast in the hotel is at a sister property a block away and there were no other amenities in the Duquessa Suites hotel. The lobby is very small and there is no where to sit if you arrive on an international flight too early before check in. We were not offered any suggestions from the female front desk staff upon arrival, we asked for...

"This apartment is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed in over the past few years of traveling. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is extremely comfortable and well maintained. First of all, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which made a huge difference during our stay. "There was few issues. First, there was not any essentials in the apartment such as hand soap or dishwashing soap or anything.. we had to go shopping immediately. The dryer doesn’t really dry, need to dry the clothes on the balcony but unfortunately there was no drying rope or racks or anything to help with that!!!"

"Book it!!! The location was incredible. The view of the Sagrada Familia from the street is good but the rooftop pool was great! Easy to get to coming in with lots of spots for cabs and multiple subway locations. Only about 50 yards to walk to get to the front door. Lots of stores, markets, cafe, etc... on or around the block. The staff was great with communication. The apartment was very clean, had lots of space, and a good shower."
