Gradevole la saletta della piccola colazione, che si trova in un albergo a 20 metri di distanza. Da un terrazzino di questo albergo c’e una vista bellissima su Matera. In base alla foto di questa vista pensavo fosse questa la struttura.Nella stanza l’unica finestra dava su un muro scuro.

We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was located just outside the main town area but was a short walk. Parking is an issue. Very nice breakfast and view across the street. Our room was quite warm because they changed the air system to heat. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.

A wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay at Casalnuovo. We were especially pleased with the personal and helpful service they provided. The staff went out of their way (literally) to assist with some complicated bus info and they actually drove us out of town to catch the bus to our next destination and waited for the bus to arrive to make sure it went smoothly. We were very grateful. The hotel was clean, quiet and spacious. It was wonderfully situated for walking to the nearby Sassi area and for grocery shopping. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

正直、マテーラに来る前は、フィレンツェ、ローマに滞在した時のホテルが良くなかった為、カザルヌォーヴォも期待してなかったのですが、あまりの差に驚きでした。快適さ、施設の清潔感、アメニティも二日間の宿泊できちんと揃っていて、何より感動だったのは、朝ごはんの時、テラス席でサッシ群のロケーションを眺めながらの優雅な朝のひとときは本当に来てよかったと思いました。 人に是非ともおススメしたいです。

Interesting hotel in a unique location

The hotel is designed as a cave similar to the Sassi of Matera. It is adjacent to the Sassi caves allowing you to easily walk there. They have a terrace overlooking the site. There are large sitting areas in the lobby with all the rooms entering off those areas.

Komfortabele Unterkunft in guter Lage

Das Hotel ist noch recht neu und sehr gut eingerichtetliegt. Es handelt sich um einen kreativ umgestalteten früheren Kornspeicher. Man befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Sassi - ideal für eine Erkundung von Matera. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr umfangreich, dafür aber von sehr guter Qualität. Es werden regionale Produkte verwendet, die liebevoll zubereitet sind. Das wirkliche Highlight ist aber das zuvorkommende Hotelpersonal. Wir haben ausführliche Informationen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Tipps zur Besichtigung erhalten. Der Besitzer ist überaus informiert über Matera und seine Geschichte und ist gerne bereit sein Wissen zu teilen. Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, ein längerer Aufenthalt ist aber unbedingt zu empfehlen! Mit diesem Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen - eines der besten unserer dreiwöchigen Italienreise.

Reserve en este b&b por los comentarios de otros usuarios. Destacar que la visita a Matera es obligatoria y que necesitábamos un lugar bien situado, poder dejar el coche sin meternos en el centro, buen precio y buen servicio. Es en alojamiento que exteriormente parece que te va a defraudar, pero cuando entras esta mejor que en las fotos. Leonardo en la recepción atentísimo. El desayuno bien, aunque paree que es costumbre en esta zona de Italia no tener pan para el desayuno ni fiambre. A pesar de esto, la bollería de calidad. No se lo piensen porque merece la pena descansar en este lugar.

Just steps away from Sasso, a unique place

The staff of two people were pleasant, helpful & fun. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable of Matera as well as many of the surrounding towns. He willingly contacted some Communes to obtain hours & days of operation.

Bijzonder sfeervol en gastvrij

Voor een vriendelijke prijs verbleven we vier nachten in dit sfeervolle hotel in het mooie stadje Matera. De ontvangst was heel gastvrij en we kregen veel informatie over de geschiedenis en bezienswaardigheden in Matera. De kamer was knus en heel schoon. Geweldig ontbijt met verse broodjes, veel fruit en uitstekende koffie. Ideaal voor het volmaakte vakantiegevoel.
