"The rooms were clean however the check-in process was a little tedious, especially after traveling. Seems like they would make it a little bit easier.. and the staff seems to be impatient with older people since they are all young. I was having an issue with the check-in process on their little device and they just seem to be a little impatient with me as the gentleman grabbed it and said here let me do it so that didn’t sit well with me, but otherwise, it was just an OK stay"

"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful. "

"Clean rooms and a good breakfast and the spa and indoor swimming pool was amazing also for the kids. The beds were a bit too soft and sinking in the middle for my liking but once I informed them about this on the first day, they immediately replaced my mattress, so the customer service was top-notch."

These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. We were offered a sea view room instead and it was such a glorious view from the room. Thank you so much Vania for making our stay with you so special and I hope to visit Tata, Hungary some day. 😊 "
