So I booked a deluxe double room. Travelling for work. The drive in and the first impressions are lovely. However the closer I got to my room the more and more tired the hotel got! My room was certainly not what I would call deluxe Not able to control the temperature in my room WiFi barely worked ...

Not the best start when the fire alarm went off just after we'd arrived. Towels weren't changed until 4 pm. Long wait in restaurant. No sandwiches available on room service.
