"While the staff was very nice and accommodating the owners should really look into updating the property. The rooms need maintenance and repairs! Our first room the floors were dirty, the room smelled like an ash tray, and the water for the shower came out of the wall. The next room the door wouldn't work so the staff had to force the door open. The room didn't smell but again the floors were dirty as well as the fixtures. The hotel overall was ok, but we won't be returning and canceled for our next tournament."

Our handicap-accessible room was spacious and well designed, with grab bars in the bathroom for safety and a very comfortable bed. The staff greeted us warmly at breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Williamsburg."
