"Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions.
Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night.
Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. "

"I booked this property for a birthday getaway. In decades of travel, I have never experienced anything like this.
The house is in serious disrepair — broken and unstable columns, railings not secured to posts, trip hazards, visible mold, a filthy coffee maker, and a moldy shower. This property did not feel safe.
We arrived at the agreed check-in time to find the owners still cleaning. They asked us to wait outside for an hour which ended up being 2 hours on a 90+ degree day with no water or...
